The newly launched villages and hamlets are located in Laishevo, Vysokaya Gora, Pestretsy, Tukay and eight other districts of the republic. In total, this is around 35,000 households that can now access home internet at speeds up to 1 Gbps and digital TV.
GPON connection for a private house costs 1,500 ₽ for the crew visit, fiber installation and terminal setup. The GPON terminal itself is provided free of charge. Plans for the private sector start from 450 ₽/mo.
The fiber development program is funded as part of Tattelecom’s investment strategy and does not use federal budget funds. Around 200 more villages are planned for connection by the end of 2026.
