What you need for the contract
Minimum formalities — everything is arranged on site, at connection.
- Passport. For an individual, that is enough. For legal entities — the organization's details.
- Connection address. The operator will confirm technical availability for it.
- Your time. The technician arrives within the agreed window and draws up the contract right on site.
A request on the website does not commit you to anything: first we will check whether connection is available at the address and get in touch with you.
The terms in brief
The key points of the Tattelecom contract — in plain words.
- The contract is open-ended. It is concluded for an indefinite term and can be ended at any time — cancellation is arranged at a sales office.
- Connection cost. For an apartment — 100 ₽ for internet and 100 ₽ for TV, one-time with the first payment. For a private house over fiber (GPON) — 1,500 ₽; the GPON terminal is free.
- Pay however suits you. In advance (top up your account ahead of time) or with a deferred payment («Promised Payment», autopay). By card, via SBP or in your personal account, usually with no commission.
- Equipment. The GPON terminal for fiber is free. A Wi-Fi router can be your own, rented, bought out or paid in installments. No TV set-top box needed.
- Change your plan at any time. In your personal account or the «Letai» app, the new plan takes effect immediately.
- Up to 200 digital TV channels. They work on every TV in the home at no extra charge.
