1. General provisions

This policy is drafted in accordance with Federal Law № 152‑FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data» and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure its security.

2. Data we process

A. Personal data from forms:

full name, phone, e‑mail, postal and physical address;
any data provided by the user when filling out a form on the website or sending an e‑mail.

B. Technical data and cookies:

IP address, cookie identifiers;
access date and time, on‑site actions (clicks, page views, field input, banner and video views);
browser and device information, session parameters, geolocation, JavaScript availability;
referrer source and user behavior are transmitted to Yandex.Metrica in anonymized form for traffic analysis and site improvement.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data from forms:

consultation on plans and services;
acceptance of connection requests and their transfer to the internet provider;
informing about promotions and special offers.

Cookies and technical data:

analysis and improvement of the site;
personalization of content and advertising;
site security support and fraud prevention.

4. Actions performed on data

Personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, refinement, retrieval, use, transfer, blocking, anonymization, deletion and destruction.

Cookies and technical data: collection, systematisation, storage, use, anonymization, analysis and retention of site‑visit statistics.

5. Legal grounds for processing

Personal data from forms: user consent given by ticking the checkbox in the form;
Cookies and technical data required for site operation: the operator's legitimate interest;
Analytical and marketing cookies: user consent through an explicit cookie notice on site visit;
Federal laws: № 149‑FZ «On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection» and № 152‑FZ «On Personal Data».

6. Retention period

Personal data from forms is processed for 3 years from the date consent is given or until the processing purposes are achieved. Cookies and technical data are processed for the period necessary for analytics and site operation. After expiry the data is deleted from the operator's servers.

7. Rights of the data subject

The data subject is entitled to:

receive information about their data and its processing;
demand correction, blocking or deletion of their data;
withdraw consent for data processing at any time;
demand cessation of processing if it violates the laws of the Russian Federation;
appeal against the operator's actions or inaction with supervisory authorities or in court.

8. Procedure for exercising rights

The data subject may submit a request to the email address: tarifpro@mail.ru.
If necessary the request may also be sent by post to the correspondence address above.
A reply is provided no later than 30 calendar days from receipt of the request.

9. Cross-border transfer

The operator does not engage in cross‑border transfer of personal data.
