How to sign in to «Letai 2.0»

Three steps — and your account is on your home screen.

    Install the app

    Download «Letai 2.0» from Google Play, App Store, RuStore or AppGallery. Or scan the QR code in the app store with your camera.

    Sign in

    Enter your Letai phone number or the contact number from the contract. We send an SMS code to that number — type it into the app.

    Your account is open. The home screen shows balance, plan and a top-up button.

Never share your SMS code

A Tattelecom employee never asks for your SMS code over the phone. If someone claims to be from «security» and asks for the code — they are scammers. Hang up and call our support at 8 (843) 222-22-22.

Add another subscriber’s services

Linking lets you watch a relative’s balance — for example, a parent — or regain access to existing services if your contact number has changed since the contract was signed.

Changed your contact number?

Visit an office to update personal data. Your account will then recognize your new number.

How to link a service

  1. On the home screen tap «Add new service».
  2. Pick «Link home services».
  3. Enter the account number and the contract holder’s surname. The account number is in the contract, on receipts, in the app support chat or by phone at 8 (843) 222-22-22.
  4. The other subscriber receives an SMS with a confirmation code and shares it with you.
  5. Done — the service appears under «Linked services» at the bottom of the home screen.

Linked services show limited information: the contract holder is another subscriber.

Sign in from a computer

Web account

Open newlk.letai.ru and sign in. Sign-in rules are the same as in the mobile app: phone number plus an SMS code.

Linking services from a computer is not available — the feature only works in the «Letai 2.0» mobile app.

Cannot sign in?

If the SMS code does not arrive, the contact number is outdated or the account does not recognize you — write to support chat or call.

Frequently asked questions

Either of them. If you changed your contact number after signing the contract, the account may not recognize you — visit an office to update the details.
Wait 1–2 minutes, check that the number was entered correctly, and click «Send again». If the SMS still does not arrive, call 8 (843) 222-22-22 or message support chat in the app.
Yes. The «Летай 2.0» app can be installed on any number of your devices, and the web account can be opened on a computer in parallel.
Top-up, plan change, and support chat features are the same. Linking another subscriber's services is only available in the mobile app — the web account does not have this option.
The personal account is the main number for payment and service linking. It is listed in the contract and on the payment receipt. You can also ask in the app support chat or by phone at 8 (843) 222-22-22.
